Fragment Analysis

You supply:

• PCR product or a mixture of PCR products (alternatively another suitable sample) which are fluorescently labelled.
• The PCR products do not have to be purified, you only need to send the aliquot of the PCR reaction.

We perform:

• For selected dye sets we supply labelled size standard (see Sample requirements)
• Capillary electrophoresis of your samples
• Manual data analysis

Time to results:

• Typically up to 24 hours (working days) from the moment we receive your samples.

What you can expect:

• You can choose various combinations of up to five fluorescent dyes
• Results online in .fsa format
• Automatic email message as soon as your results are ready to download
• Permanent internal quality control, repeated runs for free
• Storage of your samples for one week, of your results for two years
• Experienced technical support
