It depends what samples you have and how they are processed, but it is generally advisable to send samples cooled (see our Sample submission guidelines) and this is not compatible with our sample collection boxes. If you still want to use the box, the samples must be packed similarly to Sanger sequencing.

Our order form for these types of analyzes gives you the opportunity to order collection of samples by our courier. Please note that depending on the distance from which you send the samples to us, their transport may take 1-2 working days, in exceptional cases even longer.

To facilitate transit of your samples through customs your shipping documentation should contain statements similar to the following:

The material contains small pieces of genomic DNA or RNA. The DNA or RNA is from (state what the starting material was as concisely as possible). The material was not generated by microbial fermentation. The product is purified and does not contain animal or cell derived materials or additives. The material is non-toxic, non-hazardous and non-pathogenic.
The end use is for research purposes only, namely the generation of sequencing data by SEQme s.r.o., Dlouhá 176, Dobris, Czech Republic and will be used for this purpose only.
