Workshop De-novo Assembly with a Special Focus on Virus Detection

The lecturers had a deep knowledge of their field, and they were ready to explain everything in detail. All materials were provided to the participants in an easily accessible form. There was a good balance between theoretical and practical parts. The whole workshop was well-organized and to the point, without unnecessary fillers. An advantage was that there were three instructors, so there was always someone who could provide individual help to make sure that everyone can follow the exercises.
